Attempting to reconcile my personal addiction for Tumblr with marketing models is an ongoing obsession and almost a full time job.
Fanboy Gaymer, a conceptual brand which began as a boyhood day dream became a Tumblr stream and now is evolving into much much more.
One of the ways I’ve slowly built the brand’s community and work shopped ideas was through the www.fanboygaymerjunk.tumblr.com stream.

The stream is always flowing and a great way I’ve found to promote your original content is running a traditional looking Tumblr account that posts from the brand’s perspective & create weekly events that feature the community’s streams.
